Juan was born and raised in Brownsville, Texas, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. He has been attending BCF since 2013 after being invited through Celebrate Recovery. Although Juan accepted Christ in his youth while attending church in Cameron Park, he was later baptized at Celebrate Recovery as a rededication of his life to Christ.

Juan began serving immediately wherever help was needed, including stepping in for the facilities team during vacation and sick leave. He enjoys working with his hands, finding creative solutions to challenges, and faithfully completing the tasks entrusted to him.

Juan currently serves as the Facilities Manager, faithfully overseeing and maintaining the Worship Center to ensure it is prepared, welcoming, and fully ready for every ministry, event, and gathering that depends on the space to serve effectively.

In his free time, Juan enjoys spending time with his family and friends, building and woodworking, playing board games and video games, and smoking cheese.
