Who is Celebrate recovery for?

Celebrate Recovery is for EVERYONE!

No one should have to face their pain alone.

We are a grace-filled community of strugglers who courageously enter this safe and beautiful space to get honest about our pain, and the negative ways we may see ourselves, God and others. In this process, we come to accept that some of the habits we have developed to escape our pain may hurt us and those close to us.

It is a biblically based approach to help us achieve long lasting recovery by healing our hurts, guiding us towards new healthy truths and developing life giving habits!

We truly believe that everyone can benefit from CR! If there’s any issue in your life that is holding you back or causing you pain, CR is a fit for you!

Life Issues

Life issues are things that we struggle with everyday: surviving divorce, coping with grief, self-esteem issues or anger. If you struggle with any of these issues, or if you aren't sure what your issue is, this group is for you.

Substance Abuse

This group is for those who struggle with any addiction: drugs, alcohol, food, sex, smoking, or an eating disorder. If you find it difficult to get through the day without the use of a specific substance, or if you have little control over the amount you consume, this group is for you.

Is Celebrate recovery a good fit for me?

One of the biggest misconceptions about Celebrate Recovery is that it’s only for people who struggle with a drug or alcohol addiction. That could not be further from the truth. In fact, out of all the people who attend CR around the world, 2/3 of them come for an issue other than drugs and alcohol. Some of the reasons people attend CR are: co-dependency, anger issues, sexual addictions, eating disorders, control issues, physical, sexual and/or emotional abuse.

What can I except on a Friday Night?

Large Group — 7pm - 8pm
Open share — 8pm - 9pm

Large group is designed for participants to set aside the busyness and stress of the outside world by entering into a time of prayer, praise and worship and a message as a way of getting in touch with the one and only Higher Power, Jesus Christ.
Open Share is designed to provide a safe place for participants to connect with other attendees. Open Share meets immediately after the large group meeting!

How do i start Celebrate REcovery?

Many people find the process of starting recovery scary because they aren’t sure how to begin or what to expect. The easiest way to get started is by attending Friday Nights! You’ll find people who are loving and won’t judge or try to fix you. You’ll find people who have experience healing from their hurts, hang-ups and habits by the power of Jesus Christ. Next you’ll find a safe place to share what’s going on in your life and hear from experience of others. Most importantly, you’ll find a place where you can connect with Jesus and find healing from your life’s issues, what we often refer to as hurts, hang-ups, and habits. No one should have to go through recovery alone!
